POSTAGE

Postage and packing costs FOR UK RESIDENTS ONLY are calculated on a sliding scale as shown below. Prices are based on total price of your order, and will be added automatically for all online payments.

£0.01p - £11.99 postage is £2.60

£12.00 - £24.99 postage is £3.50

£25.00 - £74.99 postage is 4.50

£75.00 - £149.99 postage is £10.00

£150 and up, postage is £15.00

WORLDWIDE POSTAGE

If you would like delivery to anywhere else in the world, please add extra postage by clicking ONCE ONLY on the add to basket button below or on the worldwide postage button on any other page.

This one-off charge is for the whole of your order, only £3.50 extra, no matter how large or small your complete order is. Please click on this button to add international postage This will appear as worldwide postage item number 001, and the cost of this will be £3.00. Please note that if this postage item means your total purchases jump to the next postage pricing bracket, your total postage will still be correct, due to the sliding scale calculation.

PAYMENT

Please use the shopping basket to purchase your items from The Jewelled Garden.

I use Paypal to ensure secure credit and debit card online transactions, or if you have a Paypal account, you can pay through your account. You don’t have to have a Paypal account, they will accept your cards on my behalf. I never get to see your details, and Paypal are trusted world wide to keep your information encrypted and SAFE!.

After payment, you will be notified by e-mail from Paypal that your payment has been successful, and a further e-mail will be sent from The Jewelled Garden to advise you when your item has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3 working days from purchase to dispatch, and up to 7 days for ‘made to order’ items. Or tell me if you need it sooner, and I’ll do my best to send it quicker.

FOR UK RESIDENTS ONLY

If you are a UK resident, you may pay by cheque. To pay by cheque for purchases direct from this site - please e-mail me to reserve the items you wish to purchase. I will then notify you of the total cost of your order, send you the postal address to send your cheque, and I’ll place a reserve notice on your items until I have received your payment.

When the cheque has cleared, I will post your item. This process usually takes 10 to 14 days from me receiving your e-mail to you receiving your goods. So be sure to order early if you need it for a special occasion.

REFUND POLICY

I will happily REFUND your payment if anything is received damaged or broken. Please notify me immediately upon receipt of your item with an explanation of reason for return, and return the goods within 14 days of postage date. All items should be returned in original packaging and should be in a clean, unworn condition. This also applies to jewellery purchases. The cost of postage for return items is buyers responsibility.
I do not refund for a change of mind. I am always happy to discuss at length, your choices for colours and styles PRIOR TO PURCHASE, (especially for BESPOKE items) I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS on bespoke items.
